These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CloudySocial, including our AI Meme Generator, AI Image Generator, and AI Video Generator, operated by Cloudy Studio at cloudystudio.io. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Using Our Services

You must be at least 13 years old to use CloudySocial. You are responsible for the content you submit and generate, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CloudySocial to create or share content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Ownership of Generated Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you retain ownership of the memes, images, and videos you generate. Paid plans include commercial usage rights as described on our Pricing page.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

The CloudySocial name, logo, and platform are the property of Cloudy Studio. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer our tools without written permission.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

CloudySocial is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to CloudySocial for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
